Our rates are as follows:

>$100 per night with 10 x 20 boat slip available for $10 p/day with cabin rental
>2 Night Minimum Stay

>Cabin is set up as a duplex, with half of building available for $100 per night
>1 queen bed and 1 sofa sleeper
>Sleeps 4 total but you have the option of renting the other side for an additional $100 per night, making it possible to sleep 8 total.

>Each cabin is equipped with bedding, dishes, pots and pans, etc.
>Outside patio with Weber grill
>Small pets will be considered, per approval, $5 per day additional cost, no puppies

>Check out is at 11:00 AM
>Check in is at 2:00 PM
>There is a one-time charge of $50 for cleaning fees.
>Minimum age to rent is 25 years or older. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

*We do require a deposit amount of 50%, due upon time of booking. All cancellations must be complete 30 days prior to your arrival date.

**Our rates for special holidays, such as July 4th, Labor Day, and Memorial Day are increased to $125 per night, due to the high volume of traffic we receive during those times.
